A mix of yoga styles. There's one for everyone.
Hello! We're Mika (Yoga with Mika) and Vlad, and we're so excited to welcome you to our yoga studio right here in Waterlooville. As local residents, we created this dedicated space to bring more yoga, more styles, and more community closer to home.
Studio Sattva is a new, small, independent yoga studio in Waterlooville. A space fully dedicated to yoga. A place with mats, props, plants, and soft floors. A space where it's safe and fun to be yourself, explore, move, breathe, play, and connect. A space where it's OK to try, fall, and try again.
Mika discovered yoga over a decade ago, as a way to exercise, calm the mind, and become more present. She trained as a teacher as a way to deepen her practice and now she enjoys teaching yoga as a way to help others find the same benefits. Vlad enjoys yoga as a way to relax, improve mobility, and meditate, all of which are beneficial for his Kung Fu practice.
