Organise a workshop at Studio Sattva
We’re looking for partners to co-run fun, engaging, impactful, small-group workshops at Studio Sattva. Can be yoga or yoga-adjacent, as long as we have a shared vision of how to approach yoga, movement, mindfulness, flexibility.
What are we looking for?
- Alignment with our teaching philosophy.
- Clear communication, proactive, full of energy.
- Specific, clear workshop themes. The more creative/fun the better.
- Partners, not instructors. Joint marketing efforts and potential for long-term collaboration.
- People who are happy to be on camera (video and photo) for promotional material.
Requirements
- You must be self-employed (or a company) and have a valid insurance policy for the activity we’ll be doing a workshop on (for example, public liability insurance to teach yoga).
- You must have the right to work in the UK.
Application process
- Submit a workshop idea, include enough details so we can understand the vision. Include any timeline constraints and suggest some dates you’d like to run the workshop.
- Interview/demo. Allow 1h to meet us at the studio, out of which 15-20 min is you teaching us something, in the style of the workshop you’d like to run.
- If we decide to go ahead we will schedule a time slot to film and take photos for promotional material at the studio before publicly advertising the workshop.
Timeline and scheduling
- You will hear back from us within 5 working days after submitting an idea.
- We will schedule the workshops at least 1 month in advance from after we have all the promo material needed.
- At the moment, we plan to run up to 2 workshops each month.
What we offer
- A generous revenue split, percentage depending on experience, topic, and agreed marketing effort.
- Referral bonus for direct bookings you bring in from customers who have not been to Studio Sattva before.
- Prompt payment: up to 7 days after receiving your invoice.
- Full use of all props, and possibility to order new things in for special events.
- Successful workshops can run again providing a recurring revenue stream.
