This class is perfect for beginners and those returning to yoga after time away. We cover the fundamentals in a welcoming, accessible way through yoga flows and sequences at a slower, more mindful pace.
We approach foundations in a fun way. We go through yoga flows and infuse them with the essentials: basic poses, proper alignment, breathing techniques, how to use props, and modifications for common poses and transitions. We’ll pause when needed to check alignment and ensure you’re building a solid foundation.
