This soothing and accessible practice is perfect for beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone seeking a gentle approach to movement and mindfulness. The focus is more on mindfulness, breathwork, and mobility.

Options are always provided to accommodate all abilities - you can challenge yourself or relax into the sequences as your body needs. Just because something felt right yesterday doesn’t mean it will feel right today, so always listen to your body.
