Clock out and flow!
A highly efficient flow rooted in traditional yoga and heavily informed by modern biomechanics and movement science. Designed specifically to counteract the physical toll of a desk job, long commutes or driving, we focus on building functional strength and mobilizing tight areas like the shoulders, hips, and spine.
Expect to be challenged in a fun, no-pressure environment, and leave feeling better in your mind and body so you can truly enjoy the rest of your evening.
Suitable for all levels, beginners and experienced practitioners alike. No flexibility required—that's a positive side effect of regular practice.
Each class is different, but here's our approach:
Release the wrists & forearms
Hours of typing and mouse-clicking leave your hands, wrists, and forearms tight, fatigued, and prone to repetitive strain. We actively work to reverse this tension.
- Wrist mobility: Targeted stretches relieve the pressure built up from keeping your hands in a fixed, hovering position all day.
- Forearm release: We lengthen and soothe the overworked muscles that run from your elbows to your fingertips.
- Reclaim dexterity: Leave class with hands and arms that feel light, energized, and ready to disconnect for the evening.

Wake up the lower body
When you sit for hours, your body adapts to the chair—your hip flexors shorten, and your glutes effectively "switch off." Our flow brings life back to your lower half.
- Open the hips: Deep, intentional movements stretch out tight hip flexors and reverse that "folded" desk posture.
- Activate the glutes: We fire up the powerhouse of your legs, building functional strength to better support your lower back.
- Lengthen hamstrings: We safely stretch out the backs of your legs, restoring your natural, full range of mobility.

Decompress the spine
Your spine is designed to move, but desk work keeps it static and compressed. We use targeted movement mechanics to counteract the slump.
- Create space: Gentle extensions and twists decompress your vertebrae and relieve the heavy, dull ache of sitting.
- Build core stability: We engage the deep core muscles that go dormant in an office chair, giving your back the active support it needs.
- Restore posture: By opening the chest and strengthening the upper back, we naturally guide your body back into a confident, upright alignment.
