Slow Flow is inspired by traditional Hatha yoga, a slower-paced but still strong practice. We use the breath to guide movement, but not necessarily one movement per breath. Instead, we allow time to sync with the breath and feel deeper into the poses, holding for a few breath cycles.

This mindful practice invites you to reconnect with your body from the inside out, blending steady postures with conscious breath and somatic awareness. The movements are challenging and great for building strength, flexibility, and balance, while deepening your presence in each moment.

Expect a nourishing combination of standing, seated, and reclined poses, with time for rest and integration. This practice is suitable for all levels, whether you’ve never done yoga before or are an advanced practitioner.

Options are always provided to accommodate all abilities - you can challenge yourself or relax into the sequences as your body needs. Just because something felt right yesterday doesn’t mean it will feel right today, so always listen to your body.
