A combination of vinyasa-style flow followed by a relaxing, deep-stretch yin yoga. Vin to Yin blends the best of both worlds. We begin with a dynamic Vinyasa flow to warm up the body, build heat, and energize. Then we transition into slow, deep yin poses held for several minutes, allowing you to stretch deeply and settle into stillness.

Stretching after your muscles are warm allows you to go a little bit deeper and feel less stiff. It’s great for relaxation and increases your flexibility. This class takes you on a journey from yang to yin, from movement to stillness, from effort to ease—experiencing the full spectrum of what yoga offers.

The flow portion challenges your body while the yin section invites you to soften and let go. It’s a complete practice that leaves you feeling both energized and deeply relaxed. Start strong, end calm.
