Options are always provided to accomodate all levels and provide the opportunity to challenge yourself or relax into the sequences. Always listen to your body. Just because something felt right yesterday, it does not meant it will feel right today.
This class blends elements of mindfulness, breath work and dynamic yoga sequences aiming to energise and de-stress!
The sequences change often so each class will feel slightly different than others.
