Yoga Flow, also called Vinyasa, is a dynamic and flowing practice that synchronizes movement with breath, creating a moving meditation that builds strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. We aim for one movement per breath, flowing through sequences at a steady pace.
The physical challenge mixed with breath awareness and synchronsiation will calm the mind and bring your focus to the present moment.
The class often includes fun parts that will challenge your strength, balance, and flexibility. The goal isn’t to be perfect. It is to be present. To show up. To find joy in the process. To embrace the experience of trying, falling, and trying again. Embrace the wobbles. This is where growth happens.
